Member Experience Representative

Description

Administers health insurance benefits for our members and our reps take calls from providers and members regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility. In this position you will handle on average 50-60 incoming calls daily. Need call center background experience. Healthcare background is a plus. You are eligible to work a hybrid schedule after 90 days!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
