Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets.
• Manage and mentor shop floor staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams on new product introductions and customer orders.
• Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of skilled technicians
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules and meet quality standards
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
