Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to support the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure streamlined activities aligned with leadership priorities. Key Responsibilities Support the rhythm of the business by coordinating key business management activities that help maintain an effective operating cadence across the COO organization. Assist in developing and executing engagement plans for team communications, including all‑hands meetings, AMA sessions, town halls, and responses to organizational feedback. Support leadership team planning efforts by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and helping track progress against organizational roadmaps and charters. Partner with the People team and leadership to support initiatives related to organizational priorities, workforce planning, and operational excellence. Support budget tracking and headcount planning processes, including coordinating inputs and preparing reporting to support leadership visibility. Assist with executive initiatives and communications, including preparation of materials for leadership meetings, events, customer engagements, and strategic discussions. Support efforts to review and improve organizational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, coordination, and productivity. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or related roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field preferred. Experience working in high‑growth technology or infrastructure organizations strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and coordinate across teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop actionable insights. Results‑driven mindset with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
