• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
