About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Nursing License: Active RN Licensure in Texas Certifications: PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - Active TX RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted) - Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting. The successful candidate will work a rotating 12-hour shift from 07:00 to 19:00. Orientation will precede the start of the assignment. The facility values the unique needs of each patient. Staff members are known for their friendliness and customer service. Candidates are expected to float as needed according to the facility’s floating policy. Documentation will be performed using the Meditech system. The position requires strong teamwork and communication skills. Candidates with CEN certification will be prioritized. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
