Benefits Day 1 Benefits Coverage with low cost Medical, Vision, Dental Day 1 Paid-time Off and Vacation 4.5% Company Match 401(k) plan $500 Annual Company-paid Lifestyle Benefit Competitive Compensation and Bonuses Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Advancement Opportunities What You'll Do Lead team in achieving department and company performance goals with emphasis on accuracy/quality and safety Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and department goals that are aligned with business objectives Establish strategies to efficiently and cost effectively maintain or increase production in conjunction with management and division priorities Delegate and supervise multiple employees and contractors to accomplish maintenance needs as well as hands‑on involvement when the need arises Collaborate with production personnel and management to seek most efficient maintenance solutions Communicate consistently changes, additions, completion dates and times, and cost and time estimates related to maintenance activities to management Work with management to assist with the proper training for employees for current or future roles by assessing individual and team needs Document maintenance activities using SAP Communicate equipment and facility needs to the Ops Manager as needed Demonstrate leadership skills and provide coaching, skills development, guidance and support to team members What You'll Need Minimum 10 years of related facility and heavy equipment maintenance experience Must be able to read and understand Hydraulic & Electrical Schematics, combustion engine repair, PM, and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic problems Hands‑on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair abilities Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to work with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces Strong communication skills required.
