Overnight Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN - G-Tube, Vent & Trach

$27 per hour

NurseCore is seeking an overnight RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 6-month-old male patient in the comfort of his home. If you have recent hands-on experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, we'd love to hear from you! $1000 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay :

$1000 Sign-On Bonus!
LPN: $27/hour
RN: $40/hour

Schedule:

Thursday and Sunday - thru August (subject to change in September)
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Manage tracheostomy , ventilator , airway care, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration.
Monitor the patient's condition and respond appropriately to respiratory changes.
Follow the physician's orders and individualized plan of care while working independently.
Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore team.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.

What You'll Bring

Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies , and ventilators .
Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
Negative TB test completed within the past year.
