Associate, Integration & Business Acceleration

Role Description

The Associate is a key member of the Integration & Business Acceleration team. They help provide the foundation for successful integrations and integration practices. This role requires functional or general business knowledge to support immediate team goals and maintain operational stability.

• Ensure the team can accurately and efficiently deliver outputs that meet key business goals.
• Apply judgment within defined procedures to ensure accurate information-sharing processes.
• Identify "win-win" situations early in the process.
• Monitor progress of operational tasks to ensure schedules are maintained and deliverables stay on track.
• Examine data points to provide accurate summaries and findings that support team goals.
• Facilitate progress and drive consensus toward final resolution across workstreams.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability and ownership for assigned work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
• Experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, or integrations, with awareness of post-merger integration considerations including Day 1 readiness and value capture planning.
• Experience with AI tools, agents, and workflow automation, along with configuring project management tools to manage multiple workstreams.
• Solid understanding of tech industry business and operating models.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to connect with cross-functional partners.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset, demonstrating a high degree of self-direction.
• Advanced Google Sheets and/or Excel proficiency, including complex formula construction, scenario analysis, and well-structured models.
• Working knowledge of deal structuring concepts such as earnouts, escrows, and payments to a target company.
