CPA Tax Technical Manager

Leading internal processes and providing technical expertise, the full-time remote Tax Technical Manager will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while contributing as a subject matter expert on complex tax issues. Key responsibilities Manage and enhance existing client relationships while supporting revenue growth opportunities Mentor staff and deliver technical CPE to foster professional development and internal expertise Develop and implement tax strategies, staying current with regulations and sharing insights firm-wide Required qualifications CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent degree required; Master's degree preferred 6 to 9 years of experience in public accounting Current knowledge of relevant tax laws, rules, and regulations Proven experience in internal client and project management
