Customer Relations Associate

to join our team. This is a people-focused role where you’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the campaigns we represent. You’ll help create positive interactions, answer questions, introduce customers to current products and services, and contribute to daily campaign goals. If you’re confident speaking with people and want a full-time opportunity where you can develop your communication and customer engagement skills, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Interact with customers face-to-face Build rapport and create a positive customer experience Introduce and explain client products, services, and campaigns Answer customer questions clearly and professionally Help identify customer needs and appropriate options Support customer acquisition and campaign goals Work alongside the team to achieve daily targets What Makes Someone Successful Here?
