Job Summary:Responsibilities:We're seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate you will:Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitudeGreet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operationsCoordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payrollAssist and provide information for financial tracking reportsAssist and maintain accurate tracking of locker and towel service program and inventory itemsAssist with accurate fitness center membership reports and complete monthly membership auditsRespond to Member’s concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and cleanOther duties as neededThe Ideal Candidate would have:Minimum of a High School diploma obtainedStrong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approachKnowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applicationsHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsPer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $25.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
