The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions across phone, email, and in-person channels, providing timely and effective support to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilizing tools such as Outlook and Excel, this role involves handling order processing, data entry, and maintaining clear client communication to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter and maintain customer data and records
• Handle phone support and respond to email correspondence
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
• Keep accurate records related to customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Effective conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data entry and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
