AR Specialist

We are hiring for a great client in Gardena, CA. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a fully onsite role supporting day-to-day receivables operations, with a strong focus on collections, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances, delayed payments, and discrepancies Generate and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner Apply and allocate incoming payments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances as needed Review accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due balances Communicate with customers to address billing questions and resolve payment issues Conduct credit checks and support credit-related processes Maintain accurate records within the accounting system and assist with reporting as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2–4+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliations Proficiency in QuickBooks is required Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) strongly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Temporary Staffing Professionals
