What makes a successful Farmers Insurance Agency Manager?
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Proven track record of business results and leading a team
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
- No prior knowledge about insurance is required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Insurance Licenses required before start date.
- Motivation to sell, being open to coaching.
