People & Culture Coordinator

To support the People Operations team, the temporary part-time People & Culture Coordinator will provide administrative support, coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Operations team, including document preparation and correspondence handling Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires and assist with the offboarding process Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits, providing timely responses or escalating as needed Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role Proven ability to build relationships with employees at all levels Advanced knowledge of Excel and HRIS systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
