Occupational Therapist (OT)

Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) In this role, you will provide personalized occupational therapy to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities. You will collaborate with a healthcare team including RNs, LPNs, and other specialists to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual goals. Your duties include assessing patient needs, establishing therapy objectives, documenting progress, assisting with exercises, recommending adaptive equipment, assessing fall risks, and educating patients and families on care plans and safety strategies. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active CA OT license At least 1 year of OT experience, preferably in home healthcare CPR certification and knowledge of home health regulations Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and compassion Key Skills And Attributes Ability to work independently with flexible assignments Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to patient-centered care and safety Enjoy competitive salary, a favorable therapist-to-patient ratio, opportunities for growth and CEUs, and benefits such as PTO, holiday pay, health insurance, and 401(k).
