You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist patients, visitors, and staff, and communicate clearly with the team. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned healthcare areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and help maintain orderly movement throughout the location in accordance with visitor-management and access-control procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
