Job Description

We are looking for a person with strong execution capacity, operational criteria, and structured thinking, capable of taking initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring local adoption, documentation, follow-up, and impact.

This position will be key to improving the operational consistency of the Shopper model in the region, accelerating the implementation of processes, tools, and playbooks that allow good practices to be scaled between countries. The role will help close the gap between the identification of opportunities and real in-store execution, ensuring that regional initiatives are transformed into sustainable operational standards.

• Design, standardize, and optimize regional operational processes through the creation of replicable guides and methodologies that ensure the consistency of the Shopper model.
• Lead the regional implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, and pilot projects in different countries.
• Accompany and provide continuous operational support to local teams in high-complexity initiatives.
• Coordinate and align the different local and regional stakeholders, translating the business needs into concrete solutions.
• Measure the impact after the implementations, document the learnings from each country, and transform local good practices into regional standards.

Requirements

• Professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in operations management, project administration, retail, fast commerce, or similar positions.
• Proven experience in the leadership and comprehensive execution of complex operational projects.
• Previous experience in the design and implementation of work methodologies, operational guides, or pilot projects with multiple teams.
• Advanced mastery of data analysis tools (SQL and Business Intelligence).
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
