Social Media Manager

Supporting a global technology company's Copilot Commercial Solution Area, the hands-on Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day social media management, content planning, and publishing across various platforms in a fully remote, interim parental leave coverage role. Key responsibilities Manage social media content lifecycle from planning to publication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder objectives Develop platform-native content for channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, adapting messaging for diverse audiences Utilize Sprinklr for social planning, scheduling, and performance reporting while monitoring content effectiveness and audience engagement Required qualifications 3-5 years of professional social media management experience, preferably in a B2B technology context Proven expertise in managing the complete social content lifecycle, including approval and publication processes Hands-on experience with Sprinklr for social media workflows and reporting Strong understanding of major social platforms and ability to create tailored content for each Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for broader audiences
