Associate Account Executive

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team in our Berkeley Heights, NJ office on a hybrid work schedule.

Functions and Responsibilities Include

• Support a team of Private Client Account Executives
• Maintaining account EPIC files in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines
• Check policy coverages and endorsement on new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance
• Complete prepare proposals, policy summaries and reviews
• Assist with remarkets, Summaries of Insurance, and claims as necessary.
• Process endorsements, placement requests
• Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations
• Handle or refer insureds and underwriter's questions
• Perform other specific duties as directed by the Team Manager
• Pursue a program of professional development

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• A valid P&C License is required
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
