Associate Director, BioPharma Partner Audit Excellence

Danaher seeks an Associate Director to lead BioPharma partner audit coordination across its diagnostics operating companies. This role standardizes audit processes, removes diligence barriers, and accelerates partnerships by serving as the enterprise point person for quality diligence activities and contracting enablement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as central coordinator for BioPharma partner audits and diligence across Danaher Diagnostics operating companies and sites
- Lead full audit lifecycle from planning and scope definition through execution, issue resolution, and finding closure
- Develop standardized audit processes, playbooks, readiness assessments, evidence repositories, and response templates
- Drive audit readiness and contracting success by identifying and addressing diligence risks with cross-functional teams
- Enhance partner experience through governance, performance metrics, and scalable audit practices across the ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in quality, audits, compliance, or program leadership in diagnostics or regulated industries
- Working knowledge of quality systems, audit practices, and diagnostic development frameworks
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-site diligence across Quality, Legal, Regulatory, and commercial teams
- Advanced degree or relevant quality certification preferred
- Global travel capability, approximately 25% travel required
