Working closely with a team of marketing leaders, you'll turn marketing plans into real results for our doctors and provide exceptional service along the way.This is a role built for someone who thrives on variety and wants to have a broad impact on marketing, project management, and campaign execution.What You'll DoDevelop, edit, and publish social content across practice brands and social media channels including Meta, YouTube, and LinkedInCoordinate content calendars and keep postings on track across multiple platformsCoordinate website content and prepare for publishing on web propertiesUpdate websites and publish content in WordPress, including blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and formsMaintain content accuracy across multiple practice sites and business listings such as Google Business ProfilesBuild event profiles, registration pages, and contact forms in an event management platformCoordinate event details and logistics to bring memorable events to lifeSet up and deploy event communications, including email templates and print collateralCoordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and print assetsMaintain an internal storefront, ensuring store items are aligned with brand guidelines and accessible for orderingCommunicate with stakeholders across the organization on project status, needs, and deliverablesTrack projects and timelines in our project management systems, including Monday.comSupport campaign reporting and KPI trackingHelp maintain accurate, up-to-date marketing databases and spreadsheetsMinimum Requirements3+ years of hands-on marketing execution experienceSocial media editing and scheduling platform experienceEvent coordination and execution experienceHighly tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and move between multiple platforms and systemsExceptional project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple moving pieces on track without missing detailsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-HavesExperience with WordPress or another CMSFamiliarity with Monday.com or similar PM toolsHealthcare, dental, or multi location brand experienceIf you're looking for a fast-paced and growing environment to build a great marketing career, apply today!
