What You’ll Be Doing Leading revenue operations and reporting across the company. Managing a team of analysts and support staff. Building dashboards and tools that help leadership make smarter decisions. Collaborating across finance, sales, and marketing to align on metrics and performance. Identifying opportunities for better processes, systems, and revenue insights. What We’re Looking For At least 10 years of experience in revenue ops, finance, or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Someone who can own projects, communicate clearly, and work well with cross-functional teams. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
