Join a premier orthopedic practice where you'll be the first friendly face patients see and an essential part of delivering an exceptional patient experience. Schedule: MondayFriday | 5:30 AM 2:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!)
Pay: Starting at $22/hour Assignment: 24 Month Contract
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Collect and verify patient information
- Manage front desk activities
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Experience in a medical front desk, patient access, or similar healthcare role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Friendly, polished, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- EMR/EHR experience preferred (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
