Full-Time Automotive Technician

Role Overview: The Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses and repairs vehicles efficiently, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate diagnostics, execute repairs based on multi-point inspections, communicate technical issues to customers and team members, recommend necessary services, and maintain ASE certifications. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with ASE or similar experience, valid driver’s license, and at least 18 years old. Ability to work five days a week is required. Skills & Attributes: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, clear communication, safety-consciousness, and commitment to ongoing certification renewal. Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on experience.
