Pay $50 - $60 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy. Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Work Hours: Monday - Wednesday 8 am - 4 pm, Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM; Closed Friday Breaks: 30 minute Mon - Wed and 60-minute Thursday meal break (not counted as work hours). Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. No weekend shifts required. Requirements License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice Preferences License & Certification: Basic life support, Driver’s license, X-ray / Radiography Certification Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Emergency Dentistry, General Dentistry Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 5+ years of practice Job Description Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care. Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed. Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews. Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
