Staff Product Engineer

Owning the architecture and reliability of the certification platform, the full-time remote Staff Product Engineer will manage the technology behind LegitScript's certification program, ensuring a seamless experience for merchants and advertisers while collaborating on product direction and technical roadmap. Key responsibilities Oversee the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the certification platform, including the Experience Cloud portal and Salesforce data model Define and enhance the certification product experience by collaborating with stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap Establish Salesforce engineering governance and best practices to improve the platform's quality and maintainability Required qualifications 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly on the Salesforce platform using both declarative and programmatic approaches Demonstrated experience in designing and operating production Salesforce solutions at scale, including Experience Cloud sites Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, scaling techniques, and integration design across APIs Proven ability to influence product direction and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into a technical roadmap Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
