Replenishment Manager

Job Overview Store Manager – Phoenix, AZ (PHX-PHOENIX/N 7TH ST, AZ). Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards to ensure the store is well merchandised and in-stock for customers. Responsibilities Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. Ensure execution of company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Manage and support truck processes, lead teams to meet standards and achieve key performance indicators. Execute and support the planogram process (POG’s) to standard, and the AD set processes. Manage and execute shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD); maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards. Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members; support talent development activities and participate in performance management. Provide friendly customer service; help customers locate products and provide solutions. Assist with omni‑channel processes; cross‑train in custom framing selling and production. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to engage with a diverse customer base respectfully. Physical Requirements Remain standing for long periods of time. Move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly. Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Work Environment Public retail store setting; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
