Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health needs to establish a clear understanding of their unique challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using a range of counseling techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and any referrals made.

• Stay informed about the latest counseling trends and practices to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and primary healthcare providers to enhance the comprehensive care of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
