We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator who knows how to get in front of property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, and decision-makers-and isn't afraid to smash through the doors and create their own success.

What You'll Do

• Develop new commercial roofing business through aggressive, strategic business development.
• Prospect and build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, GCs, and commercial real estate professionals.
• Identify opportunities for reroofing, repairs, maintenance, restoration, and other commercial roofing services.
• Perform roof inspections and determine appropriate scopes of work.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Follow opportunities from initial contact through closing.
• Build a strong pipeline through your own prospecting efforts-not just company-provided leads.
• Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with operations and production to ensure sold projects are properly transitioned and successfully executed.
