Healthcare Administrative Support

This role is ideal for someone who can manage scheduling, documentation, and communication in an organized, fast-paced environment.

• Perform secretarial duties using knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Prepare, update, and maintain medical charts, records, and correspondence
• Handle patient billing and related administrative tasks
• Compile and record medical reports and documentation
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and external contacts
• Support general administrative and clerical office operations
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Perform filing, data entry, and document management tasks
• May take and transcribe medical dictation as required

Skills Required

• Knowledge of medical terminology and general office procedures
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency with standard office software and clerical functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
