Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for the organization of all projects related activities and communications that will ensure the successful execution of the project. The Project Manager is to provide servant leadership for all project team members to deliver the project scope on or before the contracted schedule and at or under the established budget.Key responsibilities include:Be the chief conduit for communication and coordination with the customer, other teams within DCI (Estimating, Engineering, Field Operations, etc.), and third parties involved in the project execution (sub-contractors, material suppliers, etc.).Report project status on a regular basis to Sr. Management.Organize and lead project meetings with all applicable parties.Ensure the project aligns with the applicable scope, schedule, and budget.Understand DCI's contractual requirements for your project and establish responsibilities and goals for each member of the project team, internal and external to DCI.Verify project material needs and purchase equipment accordingly.Issue Requests for Proposal to vendors and sub-contractors to set expectations from suppliers.Issue Purchase Orders and sub-contracts necessary to execute the project scope.Develop the overall schedule for the project and drive the project team to meet or exceed it.Gather data from project stakeholders for input in the schedule.Continually monitor and maintain the project schedule.Create the project budget, develop invoicing schedule, and accurately forecast costs to maintain adequate cash flow.Working with Contract Administration, develop and issue invoices to the customer.Analyze and approve invoices from vendors and sub-contractors.Identify, analyze, and overcome potential risks to the success of the project.Travel to the Project site on a regular basis to evaluate progress, resolve any site issues, provide support to on-site personnel, and communicate with the customers.Requirements include:At least 4 years work experience in project/construction management or upper managementProficiency in Google Apps and MS Office applications (PC and Mac)Superior administrative capacity to manage multiple activities at onceStrong interpersonal skills with proven teamwork and a heart to serveCritical qualities include:A commitment to grow and mature in the mission, vision, and core values of the CompanyA friendly, professional, optimistic demeanorComposure under pressure; flexibilityPosition information:Full Time position; salary with benefitsWork Schedule: 45+ hours per week, which may include weekendsThis position will work from the Memphis, Tennessee office and report directly to the Director of Project ManagementModerate to extensive travel is required**No solicitation from headhunters and/or recruiters**
