Production Manager - 2nd Shift

Production ManagerWe are Terzo Enterprises! We are a logistics company that focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets.What will you do?We are looking for a Production Manager who will organize and ensure the operation meets the predetermined production goals and quality standards in accordance with the customer standards. This shall include ensuring that the operation meets or exceeds all customer requirements regarding performance, quality, safety, and employee performance. Your duties will include facilitating the smooth running of all production lines, controlling the quality of output, and ensuring that customer requirements are met. You should possess a deep understanding of production procedures and the ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance. We also expect you to have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Hours: 4 pm - 2 amMonday - Friday (Days may vary)Duties Include:Participate in activities to formulate objectives and understand requirementsEvaluate costs and prepare budgetsManage workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesOversee the production process and resolve issuesSupervise and review the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors, workers, and supervisorsCalculate the number of necessary resources, such as workforce, raw materials, and so onMonitor maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.Enforce adherence to quality standards as well as health and safety precautionsPrepare reports on your activities and present them to upper managementRequirementsBachelor's Degree or 6 - 10 years' experience working as a Production Manager or other similar positionSignificant experience in production management and reporting on key production metricsExcellent knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulationsGood knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsGood practical experience with MS OfficeStrong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skillsStrong communication skills with close attention to detailResults-driven approach and good business-oriented thinkingFrequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound palletsJoin us today!Terzo Enterprises Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe participate in E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires
