Senior Accounting Analyst

Senior Accounting Analyst Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting and financial analysis tasks that directly support the company's reporting and forecasting objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a drive to continuously improve processes. Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Support financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis using tools such as PeopleSoft and OneStream. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control policies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews. Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting operations. Must-Have Qualifications 24+ years of direct experience in an accounting environment (mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred). Strong working knowledge of US GAAP. Experience with GL and forecasting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, OneStream). Advanced Excel skills , including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications CPA certification or active progress toward CPA. Experience with Statutory Audits.
