Fort Collins, CO – Physical Therapist Assistant

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Options: 8- or 10-hour shifts

Position Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a supportive outpatient therapy team. This opportunity offers mentorship, professional development, and the ability to work closely with Physical Therapists while providing individualized patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and treatment programs
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients on exercises and treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the clinical team

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active or eligible Colorado PTA license
• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24.50–$30.28/hour
