Swing Shift

• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and takes pride in building quality products? We're seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team that produces advanced electronic systems and technology products.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience looking to grow their career in electronics manufacturing.

• Assemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and work instructions
• Build and configure servers, electronic components, and other technology products
• Perform basic wiring, cable routing, and connector installation
• Follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and workmanship standards
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and quality goals

• Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related environments
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds

• Electronics assembly experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Cable assembly or wiring experience
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings
• Quality control or inspection experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• IPC certification or soldering experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
