This in-person opportunity is perfect for experienced OTs looking to make a lasting impact across diverse school communities from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027. With multiple openings available, there's room to collaborate with passionate colleagues and support a caseload of approximately 34 students, ensuring every child receives the interventions and care they deserve.


Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Washington Occupational Therapy License and ESA certification (please submit copies with your application)
• Previous experience in school-based OT services is highly valued
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to a range of elementary, middle, or high school students
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, growth-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students, monitoring progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success and promote functional independence
• Document sessions, progress, and recommendations in compliance with state and district requirements
• Partner with other OTs to exchange strategies and contribute positively to the school community
• Travel between assigned schools as necessary to meet caseload needs
