Major Duties:

• Diagnostic by use of patient history, radiographs, examinations, diagnostic models, and other appropriate tests.
• Endodontic restoration of teeth having suffered severe and rampant caries, periodontal disease, and trauma to the oral cavity and supporting structures.
• Provides emergency services including the treatment of trauma, pain and infection.
• Participate in the development and implementation of continuing education courses for the dental program.
• Provide technical guidance for the service unit dentists in the development and operation of direct and contract endodontic programs.

Requirements:

This position is covered by a Bargaining Unit. Recruitment or relocation incentives may be authorized. At least a 6 month service agreement will be required.
