Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure efficient execution across production and operational functions. This role is responsible for overseeing employees, improving processes, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop production and operations teams to achieve performance goals. Oversee daily operational activities, staffing, and workflow management. Monitor and improve productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance. Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance. Track key performance metrics and ensure operational targets are met. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. Automotive industry experience required. Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices preferred. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field or 8 years of direct work experience Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
