Job Description
GDIT is looking for Quality Analyst Sr to join our National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program. We are seeking a forward-thinking innovator who brings deep curiosity for emerging technologies and a commitment to exploring how new digital capabilities can elevate human expertise rather than replace it. Our ideal candidate champions responsible experimentation, learns quickly from iteration, and approaches complex challenges with a critical, growth minded perspective that fuels continuous modernization and meaningful impact.This is a HYBRID role - 3 days on customer site in Bethesda MD. This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications. Responsibilities:
- Conducts quality reviews of deliverables, documents, and reports
- Tracks quality metrics and manages corrective actions
- Maintains version control and documentation accuracy
- BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 years supporting quality assurance and compliance reviews
- Experience reviewing technical documentation and performance outputs
- Skilled in quality tracking and corrective action oversight
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- Experience supporting NIH
- Experience supporting large federal IT programs
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
