Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial consultation to closing the placement.
• Partner with Clients to understand their unique hiring needs and workplace culture.
• Employ Smart Sourcing Strategies leveraging our exclusive CRM/ATS, along with personal networking and our tailored communications tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to streamline candidate interactions, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organizational clarity.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that build long-term client value while providing attractive commissions.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we grow our brand and yours together.
