This is a key role in our center, responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced with infants, but who truly understands the importance of early development and brings patience, consistency, and warmth into the classroom every day. Responsibilities: Lead an infant classroom and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with center standards Support infants’ cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development Maintain consistent communication with families regarding their child’s day and progress Follow all DOH Article 47 regulations and center policies Supervise and guide assistant teachers within the classroom Maintain accurate daily reports (feeding, diapering, naps, activities) Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a daycare center (infant experience required) Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED Strong understanding of infant development and routines Reliable, punctual, and professional Warm, nurturing, and patient demeanor Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Must meet all state requirements (medical, background check, fingerprinting) What We’re Looking For: Someone who thrives in a structured environment and can take full ownership of a classroom A teacher who is proactive, attentive, and highly engaged with children A team player who contributes to a positive, supportive school culture Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Compensation: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) #J-18808-Ljbffr Learning Experience Corp
