Project Scheduler

Itus Global is a rapidly growing provider of engineered diesel and gas genset packages and custom enclosures. We partner closely with leading fabricators and operate a technology-heavy environment, using modern project-management tools, automation, and AI to improve quality, speed, and transparency for our customers. We are building a high-performance team to deliver complex, multi-discipline projects in collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing partners. Role Overview The Scheduler owns and maintains the detailed program schedule in Celoxis across all active genset packaging projects, tracks milestones and target dates, and reports schedule risks and resource/capacity constraints to the Project Management team. This is a plan-and-visibility role: the Scheduler maintains the schedule, while each assigned Primary remains fully responsible for completing their own work. This role is ideal for someone with 3–6 years of scheduling, project-controls, or planning experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, EPC, or energy environment who is comfortable maintaining a high volume of concurrent, detailed schedules. Key Responsibilities Program Scheduling (Celoxis) Build, set, and maintain detailed, logic-linked schedules for all active genset packages in Celoxis, including milestones, target dates, dependencies, and owners. Keep schedules and dashboards current as projects progress; ensure no outdated information across systems. Track milestone and target-date progress across all active projects, flagging slippage as it occurs. The Scheduler maintains the plan; each assigned Primary remains responsible for completing their own assigned task. Schedule Risk and Reporting Identify schedule bottlenecks and constraints; report them promptly to Project Management and leadership team for resolution. Support resource planning by forecasting resource needs across engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing based on current and anticipated workloads. Support capacity planning by coordinating with the project and sales teams to quantify future capacity needs against backlog. Systems and Process Support Ensure scheduling software and related project systems are set up and current soon after each project's internal kickoff. Perform routine checks to confirm dashboards and system data are current across all active projects. Identify recurring process bottlenecks and work with management to optimize and resolve them. Manufacturing and Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with the Project Operations Administrator and Manufacturing Facility to confirm build progress and reflect it accurately in the schedule. Work daily with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to collect schedule status and progress evidence. Support the Project Manager with schedule-related data and target-date coordination. AI-Enabled Schedule Management Use approved AI tools to help capture, organize, and summarize schedule status updates, risks, and action items. Maintain AI-supported scheduling workspaces and dashboards while following company requirements for confidentiality, data quality, and human review. Contribute ideas for improving scheduling templates, dashboards, and repeatable planning processes across projects. Customer and Cross-Functional Support Provide schedule extracts, milestone status, and look-ahead summaries to support customer progress reporting. Route technical, quality, commercial, or contractual matters raised during schedule reviews to the appropriate owner. Coordinate with Quality and Operations to reflect inspection, receiving, and material-status milestones in the schedule. General Responsibilities – Support to Sr. PM Support end-to-end program visibility from kickoff through shipment and closeout by maintaining accurate schedule data. Proactively identify schedule, resource, or capacity risks; escalate early with the sr. PM and proposed options. Maintain accurate, timely schedule data in scheduling software, trackers, dashboards, and other company systems. Participate in internal project meetings as needed to gather and validate schedule status. Represent Itus Global professionally with customers, suppliers, and fabrication partners regarding schedule commitments. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related technical field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. 3–6 years of experience as a Scheduler, Project Controls Coordinator, Planner, or in a comparable role supporting industrial equipment, manufacturing, construction, EPC, or energy projects. Experience working with fabrication shops, OEMs, assembly facilities, or industrial suppliers is preferred. Experience with packaged equipment, gensets, skids, enclosures, or similar engineered products is a strong plus. Technical and Systems Skills Proficiency with Celoxis or comparable scheduling/project-controls software, including building logic-linked schedules and Gantt charts with clear task dependencies, milestones, and resource loading. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and cloud-based collaboration/document-management tools. Comfort using AI-enabled tools for schedule data capture, dashboarding, and reporting support, with sound judgment and attention to confidentiality. Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials, to understand schedule dependencies, with support from engineering. Core Competencies Strong data discipline and organization; comfort maintaining detailed, current schedules across many concurrent projects. Clear, proactive communicator who can flag risk and bottlenecks without needing to own the resolution. Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent project schedules in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Collaborative — maintains the schedule and drives update discipline without displacing the ownership of Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, or Quality.
