Accounts Receivable Clerk
Bakersfield, CA
$20-$23/hr DOE
Strong customer service and customer relations experience
Excellent phone etiquette required
Microsoft Excel proficiency What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable functions Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances Apply cash receipts and update customer accounts Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries
Process credit memos, debit memos, adjustments, and chargebacks
Review unapplied funds, overpayments, and account reconciliations
Communicate with customers regarding account status and collections
Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Excel Work with banks regarding lockbox deposits Why Apply?? Competitive pay: $20-$24/hr DOE
