This role is designed for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who can confidently diagnose problems, complete installations, perform repairs, and communicate clearly with customers.You will work on a mix of residential and commercial electrical systems while receiving the support, tools, and training needed to continue developing your career. We offer consistent year-round work, competitive hourly compensation, and opportunities to grow within an established home services company.What We OfferHourly pay from $35.00 to $45.00, depending on experienceAdditional incentive and earning opportunitiesHealth insurance benefitsPaid vacation timePaid company holidays401(k) plan with a company match of up to 4 percentAssistance through our employee tool programCompany-paid trainingContinuing education supportOpportunities for advancementReliable, full-time employment throughout the yearA positive team environment with experienced leadershipWhat You Will DoEvaluate electrical issues in residential and commercial propertiesLocate faults and determine the appropriate repair solutionInstall new wiring, electrical panels, conduit, motors, controls, generators, and related componentsRepair or replace damaged electrical equipment and system componentsUse testing devices and diagnostic tools to verify system performanceConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenanceReview blueprints, wiring diagrams, plans, and technical instructionsFollow all National Electrical Code requirements and applicable local regulationsComplete service reports, job records, and other required documentationExplain system conditions, recommended repairs, and completed services to customersKeep company vehicles, tools, workspaces, and job sites clean and organizedCoordinate with technicians, project teams, and supervisors to complete work efficientlyFollow company safety procedures and consistently use required personal protective equipmentRequired QualificationsCurrent Journeyman Electrician licenseValid driver's licenseDriving record that meets company insurance requirementsWorking knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, panels, controls, and related systemsAbility to diagnose electrical problems accuratelyAbility to understand blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentsExperience operating electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and testing equipmentAbility to distinguish wiring and components by colorStrong attention to safety, detail, and code complianceProfessional communication skillsDependable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to provide respectful, helpful service in customers' homes and businessesPreferred ExperienceAt least one year of experience working under an active Journeyman Electrician licensePrevious residential service experiencePrevious commercial electrical experienceFamiliarity with heating and cooling systems or the HVAC service industryHVAC experience is helpful but is not required.CompensationThe hourly wage for this position ranges from $35.00 to $45.00.
