About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic gymnastics coach to join our team at The Little Gym of Torrance. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young children while teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct gymnastics classes in Torrance for children ages 3 to 12 years old
• Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
• Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
• Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities

Requirements:

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics, children's sports or working with children in a similar setting
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work either evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day at the Torrance location
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
