Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare facility located in Macon, Georgia. This position involves providing patient care in a busy, team-oriented environment across various inpatient medical-surgical units, with emphasis on cardiac and post-surgical patients. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Macon, Georgia
• Specialty: Medical Surgical With Telemetry
• Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred. Candidates must have at least 2 years of inpatient medical-surgical or telemetry experience. Eligibility to float to all Med/Surg units and the Emergency Department as needed. Valid nursing license is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in medical-surgical nursing is a plus. Experience with EPIC electronic health record system (6 months minimum) is required.
• Additional Information: Travelers will be utilized in a float pool capacity and must be adaptable to float across all Med/Surg units and occasionally to the Emergency Department. Orientation includes 1 day of facility-specific training and 2 days of departmental education.
