As a Receptionist at Edgewood, you’ll be the friendly face at the front desk! Responsibilities Provide a professional and warm welcome Answer phone calls and transfer or take messages as needed Field questions and concerns appropriately Assist with clerical tasks Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications Prior office and customer service experience A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Passion and drive for helping others Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
