What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dedicated individual to handle essential administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service. Work assignments may consist of:

Visitor and Communication Management
Manage phone calls and greet visitors, providing information or directing inquiries to the right personnel, serving as the initial point of contact for building visitors. Financial and Administrative Duties
Manage registration fees and program forms, handle cash receipts and maintain cash drawers. Also, sort and distribute incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail has correct postage. Facility Oversight
Manage the facility's opening and closing during after-hours rentals and regular workweek, while ensuring the safety of the facility and visitors during evening and weekend shifts. Office and Scheduling Support
Operate office equipment efficiently, maintain a tidy workspace, and assist in scheduling staff appointments and meetings. Utilize software like Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs, and perform additional duties as needed, with availability for night and weekend work.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of one year of experience in administrative tasks or equivalent education/experience.
• Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
