How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Champion Holistic Recovery by conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments that capture each patient’s unique story and clinical needs from day one.

• Design Individualized Care Pathways that translate complex clinical data into actionable nursing plans, ensuring every patient receives a treatment strategy tailored to their specific journey.

• Drive Multidisciplinary Collaboration as a core member of the treatment team, influencing patient goals and adjusting interventions in real-time to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Facilitate Therapeutic Growth by leading group therapy sessions and executing direct nursing interventions that empower patients to develop essential coping and wellness skills.

• Advocate for Patient Progress through continuous evaluation of treatment responses, pivoting care strategies as needed to meet evolving patient needs and improve clinical outcomes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
